All Japanese audio content available on Tunanuki is produced by professional voice actors and is owned by or licensed to Tunanuki. This content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

5.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and its content for your personal, non-commercial language learning purposes only.

5.3 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Download, record, or reproduce audio content from the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or extract content from the Service by automated means
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

Tunanuki is a tool to support Japanese language learning through shadowing. We make no representations or warranties that use of the Service will result in any particular level of language proficiency, fluency, or any other learning outcome. Results depend entirely on individual effort, consistency, and aptitude.

7.2 Service Availability

We strive to keep Tunanuki available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control without prior notice.

7.3 Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

7.4 “As Is” Basis
